Abstract
ⶠThe cross-species transportability of Prunus SSRs in P. microcarpa was 96%. ⶠA high homology between P. microcarpa and the other Prunus was observed. ⶠP. microcarpa and P. avium were located in the same major cluster. ⶠAMOVA revealed a high genetic variation among individuals within populations. ⶠGenetic variation among geographic populations was significant.
