Abstract
⺠VvTFL1 gene and VFL gene expression after sucrose treatment. ⺠VvTFL1 gene might be mainly involved in the apical growth process of shoots. ⺠Exogenous sucrose effect on VvTFL1 gene expression at the shoot apical meristem initiation. ⺠VFL gene is important in the inflorescence meristems initiation and flower organs differentiation. ⺠Exogenous sucrose effect on VFL gene expression at the flower early development.
