Abstract
â¶ AFLP and SSR markers expressed a high level of polymorphism among apricot germplasm. Discrimination of all Tunisian accessions. Phylogeographic structure revealed two major groups in relation with the geographic origin. Higher efficiency of the combination of AFLPs and SSRs markers to estimate the levels of genetic variability.
