Abstract
The aim of this work is to investigate the global attractivity, periodic nature, oscillation and the boundedness of all admissible solutions of the difference equationsxn+1=A-Bxn-1±C+Dxn-2,n=0,1,…where A, B are nonnegative real numbers, C, D are positive real numbers and ±C + Dxn−2 ≠ 0 for all n ⩾ 0.
