Abstract
⺠Introduction of regularized model estimation in EDAs for continuous optimization. ⺠Studying the effect of regularized model estimation for high-dimensional data in the context of EDAs. ⺠Investigating the performance of Gaussian-based EDAs for continuous function optimization in high-dimensional settings. ⺠Statistically better performance of the proposed RegEDAs compared with other Gaussian-based EDAs for some of the optimization functions.
