Abstract
In the paper, the control of epidemic spreading is modeled as an optimization problem. The threshold of a network depends fundamentally on the network structure itself, so we can control the threshold by adjust the network structure. An efficient structure optimization strategy based on Memetic Algorithm is proposed. The proposed method scan adjust the thresholds without changing the degree of each node. As shown in the figure, the threshold can be lowered to accelerate the spreading process, and can be heightened to prevent the epidemic spreading. 183
