Abstract
⺠This paper proposes a new recovery strategy of depleted fishery resources. ⺠It helps fishermen maintain current fishery revenue while recovering fish resources. ⺠To check strategy validity, the paper empirically examines ocellate puffer in Japan. ⺠Puffer recovery in year 1 will be same as 12% reduction in current average landings.
