Abstract
⺠Income of CFUGs is dependent on larger forest areas with valuable timber species. ⺠CFUGs spend 45.2% of their total expenditure on public service and infrastructure. ⺠The CFUGs expenditure pattern is highly skewed. ⺠Current taxation system limits the public finance potential of community forestry.
