Abstract
⺠We examine the international transmission of environmental policy using a New Keynesian model. ⺠We first consider the case in which the quality of the environment affects utility. ⺠We then consider the case in which environment quality increases productivity. ⺠Results show that a more stringent domestic environmental policy raises foreign welfare.
