Methodology for the design of accelerated stress tests for non-precious metal catalysts in fuel cell cathodes

The durability of non-precious metal catalysts was tested in alkaline fuel cells. The vulnerabilities of the catalyst and support were identified and used for the design of accelerated stress tests (AST). These were developed according to real-time statistics from stationary fuel cells produced by GenCell.527
