Abstract
We designed and fabricated a novel hybrid architecture, by growing CZTS nanoplate arrays (NPLAr) on flexible carbon cloth (CC), first via an electrodeposition method followed by introducing a reported solvothermal treatment. The results indicated that the dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) assembled with flexible CZTS/Carbon Cloth CE exhibited a power conversion efficiency of 7.53%, and as well as a stable and long-operation life performance (â¼6% loss in the PCE value after 7 days storage and â¼100% PCE value kept after 300 cycle bending).446
