Abstract
ESI mass spectrometry was employed to study the interactions between human copper chaperone Atox1 and cisplatin, carboplatin, nedaplatin and oxaliplatin. Results showed that both the platinated adducts and the reaction rates were significantly influenced by the ligand and cuprous ion.238
