Abstract
A unique 3D entangling Cu(II)-metal organic framework presents a rare self-penetrating structure with polyhelix motifs and a new (4,4,8)-connected (4.65)2(64.7.8)2(42.620.72.84) topology and exhibits antiferromagnetic coupling interaction between the adjacent Cu(II) ions.
