Abstract
A new 3D Zn-based luminescence metal-organic framework with two-fold interpenetrated net consisting of a 3D ThSi2-type topology has been successfully synthesized. This compound could behave as an effective sensor for detecting picric acid (PA) with high selectivity and sensitivity among the nitro-explosives studied. Furthermore, the quenching mechanism has also been investigated in detail.
