Abstract
A polygenetic relationship between all isolates using the treetop software and clustering algorithms. Leishmania infantum (Accession No. AB678348.1) and Iranian Leishmania major isolate (Accession No. AB678349.1) were used as out-group and standard isolate respectively. Only bootstrap values higher than 50% are indicated on each branch, a, b, c and d are isolates with same geographical location.
