Abstract
⺠Targeted sequence capture technology can be applied to the capture of lentiviral vector integration sites. ⺠Lentiviral-transduced DNA does not have the same preferred regions in the different cell lines belonging to human. ⺠A total number of 203 integration sites were totally distant from the CpG islands and from the transcription start sites.
