Abstract
⺠Five referential strains of Mycobacterium tuberculosis Beijing family were analysed genomically. ⺠Clinical strains of the lineage were subdivided using SNPs detected in the references. ⺠Five sublineages composing Beijing family were verified as monophyletic. ⺠The respective sublineages comprise several sub-sublineages. ⺠SNP information became available for the detailed subdivision of the lineage.
