Abstract
⺠Probability of Aedes aegypti gene expression to dengue infection is studied. ⺠Gene context positively influences expression of genes to dengue infection. ⺠Probability of gene expression increases with increase of intronless feature. ⺠High codon bias has negative effect on gene responsiveness to dengue infection. ⺠Derived genes in A. aegypti are more likely to respond to dengue infection.
