Abstract
⺠This study provides complete genetic information of porcine G9 rotaviruses. ⺠Porcine G9 rotaviruses showed G9-P[7]/P[23]-I5-R1-C1-M1-A8-N1-T1-E1-H1 genotype constellation. ⺠Porcine G9P[7] and G9P[23] rotaviruses possessed a typical porcine rotavirus backbone. ⺠Intra-genotype reassortments occurred among porcine rotaviruses in South Korea. ⺠This study supports the role of pigs as a source or reservoir for human rotaviruses.
