Abstract
⺠We performed a systematic review and meta-analysis on SP110 gene polymorphisms and tuberculosis susceptibility. ⺠Estimated odds ratio of target polymorphisms were pooled for meta synthesis. ⺠We also conducted the sensitivity analysis on pulmonary TB, and stratified analysis on ethnicity. ⺠None of the target polymorphisms of SP110 gene was found to be associated with tuberculosis risk in the analyses.
