Abstract
► We identify differentially expressed genes in TB latency and dormancy. ► We infer gene regulatory networks associated with development of latent TB. ► Biochemical systems theory is applied to mathematically model the inferred networks. ► Genes for potential drug designs were predicted. ► Latent TB is shown to be associated with a dynamic change in the gene regulatory programs.
