Abstract
⺠We identify differentially expressed genes in TB latency and dormancy. ⺠We infer gene regulatory networks associated with development of latent TB. ⺠Biochemical systems theory is applied to mathematically model the inferred networks. ⺠Genes for potential drug designs were predicted. ⺠Latent TB is shown to be associated with a dynamic change in the gene regulatory programs.
