Abstract
⺠We firstly perform molecular epidemiology study in the Chongqing region of China. ⺠Beijing genotype is the most prevalent genotype in Chongqing. ⺠10-VNTR locus set is an optimal combination for strains collected in Chongqing. ⺠We observe the predicted transmission pathway in the clustered strains.
