Abstract
⺠Whole genomic analysis of a human G4P[10] rotavirus strain, 57M. ⺠The exact origin of human G8P4[10] rotavirus strain 69M remains to be elucidated. ⺠57M has 69M-like VP4, NSP3 and NSP5 genes on a human Wa-like genetic backbone. ⺠69M Originated from reassortment involving artiodactyl and human DS-1-like strains. ⺠The present study revealed the complex evolutionary patterns of P[10] rotaviruses.
