Abstract
⺠Epidemiological study of HBoV in children with diarrhea in Thailand was conducted. ⺠Among 222 fecal specimens tested, 17 (7.7%) were positive for HBoV. ⺠The partial VP1 sequences demonstrated that all four species of HBoV were identified. ⺠One HBoV strain showed a unique characteristic similar to the rare HBoV4. ⺠HBoVs circulated in Thailand were genetically diverse.
