Abstract
⺠IBD and physical barriers may explain the genetic structure seen in some malaria vectors. ⺠Many Anopheles spp., have contracted, diverged and expanded during the Pleistocene. ⺠Some studies suggest that PEVCH had a more drastic effect in constricted geographic areas.
