Abstract
⺠Identification of therapeutic targets was performed for Mycoplasma genitalium. ⺠Total proteome of pathogen and human host was compared using comparative genomics. ⺠Non-homologous essential proteins of the pathogen were screened. ⺠Sixty seven proteins were identified as novel drug and vaccine targets. ⺠Drug prioritization parameters were calculated for each therapeutic target.
