Abstract
⺠G10 rotaviruses are been frequently reported in neonatal infections in recent years. ⺠Six G10 strains has been reported in this study which were previously untypable. ⺠These strains are closely related with Turkish bovine strain and Indian equine strain. ⺠SimPlot analysis suggested possible recombination event between bovine and bovine-like equine rotaviruses.
