Abstract
► G10 rotaviruses are been frequently reported in neonatal infections in recent years. ► Six G10 strains has been reported in this study which were previously untypable. ► These strains are closely related with Turkish bovine strain and Indian equine strain. ► SimPlot analysis suggested possible recombination event between bovine and bovine-like equine rotaviruses.
