Abstract
⺠Human keratinocytes are target cells for DENV. ⺠Infection of keratinocytes by DENV up regulates the expression of antiviral type 1 interferon related genes. ⺠Expression of anti-microbial genes is modulated during DENV infection of human keratinocytes.
