Abstract

âº We investigated the impact of artemether-lumefantrine and artesunate-amodiaquine. âº We examined the prevalence of 86N and 1246D of Pfmdr1 and 76T of PfCRT. âº The prevalence of 86N of Pfmdr1 increased between 2004 and 2009. âº The prevalence of 1246D of Pfmdr1 and 76T of Pfcrt did not change. âº New antimalaria control measures give substantial benefice.
