Abstract
⺠We developed a novel mapping of an ensemble of biological sequences into 3D space. ⺠Each sequence was represented as a word-composition vector by using the word length of 7. ⺠We mapped the vectors for the mitochondrial genome sequences for 311 species into a 3D space. ⺠The properties of the word-composition vectors were quantitatively conserved in 3D space. ⺠We also discussed the characteristic structures in the 3D map.
