Abstract
⺠Plastid and nuclear datasets were used to investigate relationships within Minaria. ⺠The Bayesian Inference was the most and the MP the least efficient methods. ⺠Phylogenetic methods present different performances in different parts of the tree. ⺠The pluralistic analytical approach increased tree resolution and clade confidence.
