Abstract
⺠This study provides the first phylogeographic pattern of Crossoptilon auritum. ⺠The Crossoptilon auritum is subdivided into four distinct subpopulations. ⺠Quaternary climate and environmental changes shaped the genetic differentiation. ⺠These subpopulations represent major conservation units.
