Abstract
► Molecular phylogenies are reconstructed for sclerosomatid harvestmen (Opiliones). ► Phylogenetic results indicate that most major scerlosomatid groups are polyphyletic. ► Molecular clades typically correspond to biogeographically regionalized faunas. ► Morphological homoplasy is evident in both somatic and reproductive morphology.
