Abstract
► We investigate species relationships in the shorebird suborder Scolopaci. ► We perform a concatenated phylogenetic analysis with nuclear and mitochondrial loci. ► The resultant phylogeny was robust and well-resolved. ► We discuss taxonomic and evolutionary implications of the tree topology.
