Abstract
► The behavior of long-branch attraction in sensitivity analysis was studied. ► LBA was associated with increasing disagreement between nodal support and stability. ► In mammalian phylogeny supported but unstable nodes were affected by LBA. ► Sensitivity analysis may help to reveal hidden phylogenetic uncertainty.
