Abstract
⺠Current classification of avian family Locustellidae strongly disagrees with molecular phylogeny. ⺠Revised classification, recognizing four instead of seven genera, is proposed. ⺠Several species-group taxa are in need of further taxonomic work. ⺠BEST had convergence problems despite up to 1 Ã 109 iterations.
