Abstract
⺠Pleistocene climatic changes influenced the genetic patterns of Eupsophus calcaratus. ⺠Phylogenetic analyses and boundaries of the LGM suggest small refugia within ice fields. ⺠Genetic divergence of southern populations suggests expansion after glacial retreat.
