Abstract
⺠Five GST genes were identified from Spodoptera litura and their gene structure was analyzed. ⺠Developmental expression patterns of these eight SlGSTs were various. ⺠Expression of the genes can be induced by either chlorpyrifos or xanthotoxin. ⺠Increased levels of oxidative stress result in high levels of SlGSTs expression.
