Abstract
⺠Ultraviolet A is a very important environmental factor to insects. ⺠Short-term Ultraviolet A exposure does not influence the survival or fecundity of Tribolium castaneum. ⺠Ultraviolet A affects the expression profile of genes from Hsps and P450s families in darkness-living beetle. ⺠The transcription factor binding sites are involved in the expression regulation of these genes.
