Abstract
ⶠUsing 20% SDS-PAGE, 11 and 8 kDa proteins were detected from Bombyx mori diapause eggs. These chorion proteins disappeared immediately after HCl treatment to prevent diapause. Unexpectedly, this disappearance was not directly associated with preventing diapause. The role of these proteins was discussed in choriogenesis.
