Abstract
ⶠOfint β1 had similar functional domains to known β-integrins in other Lepidoptera. ⶠOfINT β1 was expressed in hemocytes and several other tissues in O. furnacalis. ⶠAnti-OfINT β1 serum clearly inhibited the spreading of plasmatocytes.
