Abstract
► We developed new rapid method for screening anti-fungal compounds with filamentous fungi. ► A new approach to calculate fungal MIC, and NIC values using the Lambert-Pearson Model. ► This provides a new promising tool for designing effective fungal preservation methods. ► The method was applied to assess 18 concentrations of PTS against Aspergillus flavus.
