Abstract
⺠Deletion of NRPS4 disrupted the ability to repel water compared to wild type. ⺠Overexpression of NRPS4 improved water resistance compared to wild type. ⺠Overexpression of NRPS4 resulted in conidia with empty and flattened cells.
