Abstract
⺠There is few information about the glycosylation pathways in Sporothrix schenckii. ⺠There is no genome sequence available for this organism. ⺠We isolated ROT2, a gene involved in the N-glycosylation pathway. ⺠The gene function was confirmed by functional complementation in rot2Πmutants. ⺠This is the first report of a gene involved in N-glycosylation in S. schenckii.
