Abstract
⺠Primary colonization of roots by bacteria was modeled. ⺠The formation aggregates and abundance of bacteria on rhizoplane was simulated. ⺠The numerical models revealed outcomes for diverse numerical scenarios. ⺠The simulations were then compared with experimental observations. ⺠The experimental assays showed the coexistence of diverse colonization scenarios.
