Abstract
⺠We model hydrodynamics and water quality in the Refuge during 1995-2007. ⺠Canal discharge with elevated mineral concentrations affects marsh water quality. ⺠The model is capable of capturing gradients in hydrodynamics and water quality. ⺠The model provides an effective screening tool for detecting water quality status.
