Abstract

âº We model hydrodynamics and water quality in the Refuge during 1995-2007. âº Canal discharge with elevated mineral concentrations affects marsh water quality. âº The model is capable of capturing gradients in hydrodynamics and water quality. âº The model provides an effective screening tool for detecting water quality status.
