Abstract
⺠Rice genotypes have shown differences in their PGPB inoculation responses. ⺠Inoculation reduced the percentage of vain grains of the three rice cultivars. ⺠Culturable microbial communities could differentiate rice rhizospheres. ⺠T-RFLP analysis of nifH gene differentiated inoculation treatments and rice genotypes. ⺠Rice genotypes had a strong effect on the associated microbial community.
