Abstract
► The root endophyte fungi isolated from M. communis, did not colonized sorghum root. ► Some of these fungi increased AM root length colonization and dry matter of sorghum. ► The DSE Dreschlera sp. was able to colonize the root of sorghum. ► Dreschlera sp. did not affect the shoot and root dry weight of sorghum.
