Abstract
⺠We studied the effect of crop/pasture rotations on bacterial soil communities. ⺠Focus was on phosphate solubilizing bacteria (PSB) and its potential inoculant use. ⺠Abundance and diversity of PSB was different for one year. ⺠We isolated 250 PSB and classified them according to their solubilization potential. ⺠Ten out of 12 of the best solubilizers belong to the genus Pseduomonas.
