Abstract

âº We analysed multiple year aerial survey data of beached logs in Gabon. âº Spatial data on leatherback turtle nesting were integrated with these data. âº The temporal persistence and spatial extent of beached logs were determined. âº Coastal regions where threat to nesting turtles may be greatest were identified. âº We propose this to be a persistent long term problem.
